01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 777cbc (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the services available at 777cbc.cam (referred to herein as "you", "the User", "the Player").

By accessing or using the 777cbc platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy incorporated by reference.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the 777cbc platform, created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds, clearly delineated in the cashier.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or other non-cash value granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain features.

03 Account Eligibility

By completing registration, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current and complete, and that you satisfy every eligibility criterion listed above. You agree to notify 777cbc promptly if your eligibility status changes.

04 Registration & KYC

Registration requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and a secure password. You must not use a pseudonym, alias or any misleading information during registration.

777cbc operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time the Platform deems verification necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank card scan)
• Source of funds declaration or supporting documentation where required

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of false, altered or fraudulent documents, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05 Terms of Use

Your use of the 777cbc Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You may only use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

06 Deposits & Payments

All deposits into your 777cbc Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds does not belong to the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

The Platform's cashier references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and depends on the live cashier configuration at the time of your transaction. Reference to these payment providers does not imply their endorsement of, affiliation with or support for gambling activities on this Platform.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 777cbc's control.
• 777cbc does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such charges.
• Deposited funds are used solely for gaming purposes on the Platform. They do not accrue interest.
• In cases where a deposit is declined or reversed by your payment provider, the corresponding Account Balance adjustment will be made accordingly, and any winnings generated from affected funds may be voided.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once your KYC verification is complete and your Account is in good standing. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the capabilities of that method.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Internal processing by 777cbc is typically completed within 24–72 hours of a verified withdrawal request, after which external processing times apply.
• Only Real Money Balance funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 777cbc reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms, 777cbc reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation, and to withhold or void funds where a breach is confirmed.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

777cbc offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page, which take precedence in the event of conflict.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for different game categories are listed on each promotion page. Live dealer games, specific table games and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• Validity Periods: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain uncleared at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, maximum bet limits apply per round or spin as stated per promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

The sportsbook, casino and live dealer services on 777cbc are each governed by product-specific rules published within the relevant sections of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all gaming verticals:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to review your selections before confirming a bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, 777cbc reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the Player's Balance. Any winnings arising from a malfunction may be voided.
• Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of Pakistan cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments and other covered events, the official result from the sanctioned governing body is final.
• Maximum win limits per bet or game session apply and are displayed in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding stated limits may be capped.
• 777cbc reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered due to a manifest error in odds or pricing, including situations where the published odds were materially incorrect relative to true market probability.

10 Responsible Gambling

777cbc takes its responsible gambling obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals so you are always aware of how long you have been playing.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which your Account will be restricted from deposits and gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the stated minimum period.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cbc Platform. A breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or using the identity or payment methods of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report any discovered exploit to 777cbc support immediately.
• Using any automated software, betting bots, artificial intelligence tools or any form of decision-support software that interacts directly with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 777cbc.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multi-player games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any software component of the Platform.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff, live dealers or other Players via any communication channel.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777cbc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code and the overall Platform design — is the property of 777cbc or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 777cbc.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cbc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment processor delays, game studio technical failures or network provider disruptions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information obtained from the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cbc is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that the Platform does not operate under a gambling license issued by any Pakistani authority, and that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply to your individual use of the Platform regardless of the governing law of this Agreement. Legal compliance in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.

15 Amendments

777cbc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
